Character References
Personality
Mauja is a kind-hearted creature. She is seen in terrible snow storms, and offers her help to those who lose their way. She is persistent and selfless, always putting the welfare of others before her own.
Powers and Abilities
Mauja's main power is the ability to guide lost souls through even the toughest of blizzards. Her eyes can see through the storms and her body gives off a light that helps those lost follow her.
Back Story
Mauja used to be a woman who ended up perishing in a snow storm after being caught in one while away from home. She ended up coming back to Earth in the form of an Arctic fox. She now helps out others who get caught in storms so that they may not suffer the same fate as she did.
Ongoing Story
Called "The Beacon to Those Lost", Mauja continues to appear to people who have gotten impossibly lost in blizzards or otherwise lost in snowy areas. Many travellers and explorers who have been guided by her speak about the spirit who saved them from perishing, but no one really believes their stories until it happens to them.
Miscellaneous Information
♦ Her wings can shrink and expand at will. They can also disappear and reappear.
♦ She can appear solid or non-solid. ♦ She doesn't actually need her wings to fly, they merely give her a more "angelic" appearence. |
♦ She doesn’t need to eat or drink, but she does anyway (but rarely).
♦ She does not lose her winter fur as she is a spirit. |
