Short Description
Yuko is a nine-tailed kitsune who doesn't really align herself with good or evil. She is apathetic toward humans, but is happy to associate with other supernatural creatures.

Personality
Yuko is an interesting creature. Kitsune tend to be aligned as either benevolent or malevolent, but Yuko doesn’t wish to align herself. She generally does what she wishes, regardless of whether it’s considered good or bad. This includes killing a person, if she happens to be in the mood for bloodshed, and she never really feels any remorse, not does she feel pleasure. On the other hand, if happens upon a person who needs help from a life-threatening situation, she may assist, if she feels like it. She doesn’t really feel anything from helping them.
Some would call her apathetic, as she doesn’t seem to have much feeling in regards to others. This is true to an extent, as she doesn’t necessarily care for the feelings of humans. This is because of the way she is treated by them in general. Her mask-face is a dead give away to her being a kitsune and most assume the worst of her.
When it comes to other supernatural creatures, like herself, she tends to be more hospitable (depending on the creature, of course). She can be fairly generous and kind to other creatures, especially if they are foxes. She’s even happy to let them stay with her, if they need it! She becomes a far more friendly fox and is happy to have long conversations with other interesting beings. She speaks with much emotion and vigour when she becomes engaged in conversation, but always remains articulate.
Yuko is normally rather composed, at least when she’s not in an interesting conversation. She usually calm and has an air of grace, conducting herself in an elegant manner.
She can be a little critical. If something seems at fault, or she doesn’t like what she hears, she will offer her criticism. She normally asks, as she doesn’t want to offend, but if she happens to be talking to/about someone she doesn’t like, she will be harsh in her criticisms.

Powers and Abilities
Being a nine-tailed fox, Yuko is quite powerful. She knows this, but won’t show off her powers for no reason. She’s skilled at using her foxfire for more creative purposes; one of her favourite things to do is manipulate it into different shapes and she can even temporarily change the colour of it.
Shapeshifting isn't something that Yuko really does often. The most she'll really do is shift between quad and anthro forms. She can't pass as a human as her masked fox face remains.
Yuko’s illusionary abilities are strong, but she only really uses them to alter surroundings. She does this to confuse humans, mostly, but it’s normally harmless fun for her.

Ongoing Story
Yuko lives out her days in a peaceful part of a forest where she takes in creatures who need a place to stay for awhile. She does not offer her hospitalities to humans (unless, maybe, they offered something she really likes).
Miscellaneous Information
♦ The first thing people notice about Yuko is her mask. Or is it her face? Yuko’s mask is, in fact, her face. She doesn’t exactly talk about how a mask turned into her face, but there are rumours. Some say it was a mishap with magic, others say the mask was cursed and there are some who say she wore it so much it just fused to her face. Whatever the reason maybe, Yuko doesn’t seem to be too fussed about it, and goes about her days normally.

♦ She loves to keep her mask-face clean. She carries little cloths and things at all times so she may wipe it down whenever she feels.
♦ She’s mostly seen as an anthro. She doesn’t mind her human form, but she never feels that comfortable in it. |
